Lucid Drakes Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All sales made through the Lucid Drakes Store are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To report an issue, email meta@luciddrakes.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos showing the defect or damage

We will review your case and, if applicable, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost or Missing Orders

Lucid Drakes is not responsible for orders lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows that your package has not arrived, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Modifications

Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make any changes, including size, color, or shipping address modifications. Please double-check your order details before checkout.
